Adult Protective Services

Our APSW support is available to eligible adults who are not receiving MCCSS-funded residential services. We help individuals:

• Understand their rights and responsibilities
  
  

• Live as independently and safely as possible in the community
  
  

• Access housing, legal supports, income assistance, and health services
  
  

• Navigate complex systems and advocate for themselves
  
  

• Develop life skills and reduce isolation
  
  

This service is tailored to individuals with dual diagnoses, complex needs, or who are at risk of social exclusion.
