Since beginning my career in 2013 as a Developmental Service Worker, I have expanded my scope through diverse roles including ABA/IBI Therapist, Medications Coordinator, Behavioural Support Coordinator, Residential Supervisor, and Director of Client Programs, culminating in my creation of Rise & Thrive Support Services.

My approach blends hands-on client care with strategic program development and team leadership. I employ a hybrid management style that fosters both staff development and individualized support, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care. My professional practice is backed by a solid academic foundation in Developmental Service Work, Mental Health and Addiction, and Clinical Psychology, and is reinforced by certifications in Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, Applied Behaviour Analysis, UMAB, PECS Level 1, Suicide Intervention, Pharmacology, Delegated Acts, and Conflict Resolution, among others.
